Food Service Fees

The following lists the fees that are due from food service businesses in Fayette County.

Retail Foods

The following fees are based on square footage:

0-3,000 sq ft $50.00
3,001-8,000 sq ft $75.00
8,001 sq ft and over $100.00

Temporary (THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE)

$30.00 (for 14 days or carnival and fair)

Mobile

$50.00
