The Food Service division of the Fayette County Health Department is responsible for seeing that all food establishments are properly licensed and inspected twice each year.

Permit Fees

Retail Foods - based on square footage:

0-3,000 sq ft	$50.00
3,001-8,000 sq ft	$75.00
8,001 sq ft and over	$100.00

Temporary $30.00 (for 14 days or carnival and fair)
Mobile $50.00
