Food Service Permits based on square footage

• 0 to 3,000 sq ft $50.00
• 3,001 to 8,000 sq ft $75.00
• 8,001 and over $100.00
• Mobile Food Stand $50.00
• Temporary Food Stand $30.00

Nursing Services

• Influenza vaccine $15.00 (subject to change)
• Hepatitis B vaccine $40.00 per dose (3 dose series)
• Pneumonia Vaccine $30.00
• TB testing $10.00
• Pregnancy testing available for $2.00. No appointment is necessary, but please call ahead to be sure the nurse is available.
